our factory sent personnel to visit the Beijing International Packaging Technology Exhibition. At the meeting, I got a foreign language information about the introduction of 200 liter steel barrel products from galley company, entitled therexotqldnbystrend (translated as the revolution of strength). After careful research and analysis, we found that there are indeed several unique and novel scientific opinions in this material, which are innovative in design ideas. I wonder whether it has attracted the attention of peers. Now we put forward some views for your reference
I. the barrel body and bottom of the 200 liter steel barrel of galley company adopt steel plates of different thicknesses to achieve the purpose of saving materials. See Table 1 for the materials used in the steel barrel of the company
if compared with China's 200 liter steel barrels (light barrels: the thickness of the plate is 1.25 mm and the weight is 24.5 kg), the company's barrels (the average weight of the four specifications of barrels is 17.33 kg) can save 7.17 kg of steel and reduce material consumption by 29.8%. If China's annual output of 200 liter barrels is calculated at 12million, 86000 tons of steel will be saved every year, 4.963 million steel barrels can be produced again, and the output value will be 168.725 million yuan (the price of each barrel will be calculated at 34 yuan). This is a very considerable new wealth, and I hope it can attract the attention of the society. In addition, the selection of steel plates with different thicknesses for the barrel body and barrel bottom is not only reasonable in terms of the engineering principle of new technology to improve the level of value, but also from the point of view of material mechanics, the selection of materials with different thicknesses for the barrel body and barrel bottom due to different forces should be basically closed and withdrawn within 10 years, which is also scientific

If the number of corrugations is increased too much, the steel plate will become thinner after rolling due to the too small spacing of corrugations in the process of rolling corrugations, which will reduce the strength of the barrel body. One part of the barrel body is thinner or weakened, resulting in the decrease of the strength of the whole barrel body. Even if the materials in other parts of the barrel body are thick and useless, it is easy to understand. This is also the innovation of the company. Therefore, how to deal with the problem of ripple depth is also one of the topics we should explore

Due to the limitation of hoisting and transportation equipment, the initial steel barrel is generally handled manually, and the barrel body is placed horizontally and rolled. Therefore, two ring reinforcements are highlighted, which can protect the paint surface of the barrel body from damage and increase the rigidity of the barrel body even when rolling. Nowadays, due to the development of hoisting equipment, foreign countries generally do not use rolling transportation, and the ring reinforcement is only to maintain the tradition, habit, decoration and barrel stiffness of products. Therefore, the company determines the geometric size of the ring reinforcement based on the principle of not thinning the material during processing. Therefore, when selecting thin materials, the product quality can also be guaranteed
IV. the steel barrel adopts round curling. Its protruding size is consistent with the height of the two ring bars, keeping four points and one line. In this way, even if the manual rolling method is used for handling, the load on the ring reinforcement is reduced because the four points are stressed evenly. From the design idea, it not only shows that the company is well intentioned, but also shows that foreign old products are constantly innovating
v. from the picture of zixie, we can see the semi-automatic pneumatic clamping device of the steel barrel injection port of the company; Computer automatic control of landing height and lifting of falling hammer; The automatic capture of the electromagnet and the position of the vent are close to the periphery of the barrel (larger than the size of l+li specified in Chinese standards).
