(3) strengthen the education of agricultural electricians and continuously improve the quality of workers. At the same time, take the management measures of separating copying, checking and receiving, or set up a full-time inspection team in the power supply station. (4) strengthen line loss assessment. Formulate practical assessment methods for line loss management and strictly implement them. The level of line loss in each station area managed by electricians is directly linked to wages and bonuses, and rewards and punishments are paid in a timely manner on a monthly basis

(5) accelerate the replacement of old meters to ensure the accuracy of meters. The power supply bureau can appropriately allocate some funds to help users replace and eliminate old meters, speed up the replacement of old meters, and ensure that the accuracy of users' meters is within the standard range
